We're looking for a Paid Advertising Expert!

Sargon Creative Media is hiring a Paid Ads Expert skilled in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok Advertising and Google Ads.

Sargon Creative Media is a full-service marketing agency specializing in digital marketing and design, based in Belgrade. What Are We Looking For?

•   Minimum 2 years of experience with Facebook Ads on an Expert level.
•   Experience working with E-Commerce, Digital Products, and SaaS clients.
•   Good communication skills (being able to write extensive task descriptions)
•   Google ADs knowledge on an intermediate level at least
•   Copywriting skills will be considered as a big plus, but aren’t obligatory.
•   Fluent English (both spoken and written).
•   Knowledge of abbreviations like VC, ATC, IC, PUR, TOF, BOF, MOF, ROAS, etc.
•   Knowledge of Facebook pixel events and how to set them up through the Event Setup Tool.
•   Knowledge of Google Analytics.
•   Excellent task organization and time management.
•   Worked with high advertising budgets (more than $10k per month).

What Are Your Responsibilities?

• Planning, creating, developing, managing, and optimizing paid Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok Ads campaigns;
•   Creating and executing funnels and paid ad strategies.
•   Auditing of the existing ad accounts and general advertising (if the client ran ads in the past).
•   Conducting different researches about buyer personas, the client’s brand, and competitors.
•   Giving proactive suggestions regarding new campaigns, ad creatives, and ad copies to increase conversions.
•   Reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
•   Participating in team meetings.
•   Briefing and communicating with graphic designers, video editors, and copywriters.
