When tasked with making a website and web shop for Markova Rakija, we had to respect the culture of this distillery based in the small village of Kukljin, but also pay respect to the minimal modern design of the packaging. We’ve decided to make a completely custom designed website with custom CMS, that puts an accent on values of Marko’s distillery.
Illustrations present on the package are an integral part of the design through the whole website.
You can view each product close up and read more about “how it’s made” and the shop is always a click away.
Communicating the brand values through a dedicated about us page with hands-on photos from the distillery is how we topped off the project. Of course, full mobile and tablet responsiveness was a must, and below you can see a sneak peek of how it looks like.
